Orders & Shipping
- You can place your order on our website simply by navigating to our menu and clicking on “Shop”. Find the product(s) you wish to buy and simply add them to Next, you would be required to fill in your address that you want your products to be delivered at. Finally, select the preferred mode of payment and place the order.
- For any further assistance regarding placing your order, please reach out to us via phone support or simply by filling in the form on our contact us
- You can track the status of your order by navigating to “My Order” section of your account.
- You may also check the progress of your order by clicking on the link Simply enter your order ID or tracking ID to check the status.
- In rare cases, if your order is shipped and you still cannot track it, kindly wait for a minimum of 12 hours before trying again.
- Order once placed cannot be canceled. However, there may be some exceptions where we can cancel orders, please read our Replacement Policy to know more.
- We do not offer order modification at the moment. So, kindly review the cart before placing any order
- Once processed, all orders received before 4PM IST are shipped the same day. For any order received post 4PM IST is shipped the next day.
- We know you cannot wait to include our products in your self-care ritual. Therefore, we ensure the fastest possible delivery of your order.

Replacement policy
- We do not offer returns of purchased products. However, we do offer replacements under certain circumstances. The same is applicable on eligible requests and upon availability of stock. Kindly go through our replacement policy to know more.
- Our team does proper quality checks on every order that ships. However, If you have still received a damaged or wrong product, drop us an email at: info@theperfectery.com or contact u via phone support/ fill the form on our contact us page stating your concern. You will be informed about the next steps accordingly.

- We are Animal lovers and we would never subject them to any cruelty. All our products are 100% Vegan & Cruelty-free.
- We like clean ingredients. We are free from parabens & sulfates. We use no synthetic colours and use mild fragrances which do not irritate your skin.
* All our products are suitable for all skin types and safe to use. However, we highly recommend a patch test before using our product.
* Follow the simple instruction to conduct your own patch test:
- Apply a pea size amount of product near your jawline or behind the ear.
- The area where you apply the product should be clean.
- Leave the product on for 6-8 hours before wiping it off.
- Observe any irritation, redness or burning sensation. If you experience the mentioned reaction, do not use the product.
- If the reaction persists, immediately consult a dermatologist.
